Mr. Ball is a retired Army Colonel with over 26 years of service. He is Vice President, Operations, and is responsible for the PEO STRI SETA Team office that serves the United States Army. Mr. Ball is responsible for the daily management and strategic direction of the program office and the team that supports this effort.

Mr. Ball previously was a Project Manager for WARSIM at Program Executive Office (PEO) for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, Product Manager at PEO for Command, Control, and Communications Systems, Army Visiting Scholar at MIT, and combat experience during Desert Storm.

Mr. Ball has a Bachelor of Science in Math from the Citadel, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, has been an Army Visiting Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended the U.S. Army War College.
