Senior System Engineer

Description:

LOCATION: Arlington, VA---- The Senior System Engineer will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Knowledgeable of one or more emerging information technologies such as wireless devices, Cisco products, Windows 2008, IT security and data assurance, UNIX/LINUX, and advanced networks.

Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Citizenship; ability to pass Government's background check; BA/BS degree; IT Certifications; 5+ years of industry experience; 5+ years of work experience
