Description:

Washington, D.C. & Fairfax, VA; Central point of contact for ECS and government CO and COTRs on this contract. The candidate will be responsible for leading all marketing, proposal and operations efforts under this contract. The candidate is the senior manager responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed on this contract.

Qualification:

The candidate shall have a broad knowledge of the IT industry, business administration and HR. They must be able to lead capture management activities related to government bid efforts. The candidate MUST have experience and knowledge of the U.S. State Department, specifically related to IT activities and contracting support services. PMP and other technical certifications are required.

Other Information:

Desired: Strong technical and business development skills, BS or MBA in technical or business discipline. Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
