Environmental Protection Agency
Scope: Telecommunications engineering and management, video & audio teleconferencing services, smart conference rooms, mobile device services, national voice analog operations.
Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration
Scope: Provides support for the full range of lifecycle program and project management, systems design and engineering, financial management, independent technical assessments, contract administration, and acquisition support for TSA’s IT Solutions Delivery Branch.
Federal Communications Commission
Scope: Providing high volume call center operations. Over 19,000 calls per month with over 98% call resolution.
US Patent and Trade Office
Scope: Providing Records Management policy and implementation, and data quality support to enterprise-wide databases. Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) processing with OMB.
US Department of Housing and Urban Development
Scope: Applications development for Single Family Insurance and Single Family Claims financial systems; full lifecycle development of legacy systems and client-server conversions.
