The DHS National Operations Center (NOC) Common Operating Picture (COP) contract serves to update the technology and processes that underpin one of the preeminent points of information collection for the federal government. ECS is developing a COP to provide situational awareness for the entire federal government, and ensuring that critical terrorism and disaster related information reaches government decision makers across the entire Homeland Security community.

Transportation Security Administration
ECS supports TSA’s information technology infrastructure, including oversight of a $1billion information technology operations and maintenance (O&M) contract for infrastructure operations, data centers, information technology communications, security, and end-user support. In addition to program support, we provide enterprise information technology engineering, management, acquisition, and strategic planning.

With increasing security threats to our infrastructure and information assets, ECS is sensitive to the need to provide services and solutions to the Department of Homeland Security that are reliable, accurate, and secure. With primary responsibility to protect the United States from terrorist attacks and respond to natural disasters, technology needs change and evolve daily.
