ECS Awarded $30 Million ITS-EPA II Task Order for Telecomm unications Infrastructure Support

Fairfax, VA – September 7, 2010 -- Electronic Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS), a leading provider of information technology and system engineering services to the Federal Government, announced today that it was awarded a six year, $30 million task order for Local Infrastructure Support under its Information Technology Services-Environmental Protection Agency (ITS-EPA II) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

Telecommunications systems are incredibly important to all federal agencies and programs, and we are delighted to provide this critical infrastructure support to the facilities located throughout the Washington, DC metro area,” said Roy Kapani, ECS President and CEO.

ECS will provide services and support for the EPA telecommunications systems, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Wireless Networks, Video Services, Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) and In-building Distributed Antenna System support. These services will support over 6,000 EPA employees located in the Federal Triangle complex, Potomac Yard, and several facilities within the District.
