COMMITS NexGen is a multi-year, multiple-award, competitively awarded GWAC exclusively for small businesses. The contract provides for ECS to deliver performance-based information technology services and solutions in the following three major functional areas:

Information Systems Engineering (ISE) Support Solutions
Information System Security (ISS) Support Solutions
Systems Operations and Maintenance (SOM) Support Solutions

The basic contract does not limit contractors to fixed contract line item numbers (CLINS) or labor categories. Instead, contractors are free to propose the best solution to the specific requirement of each government agency.
