Certifications, Quality Recognition, and Awards: ECS is a process driven firm. We are both ISO 9001:2008 and SEI CMMi Level 3 certified. These processes cover both our corporate functions such as recruiting and reporting, as well as our system and software development activities. ECS also holds a DoD Top Secret Facility Clearance security certification.

ECS presents DHS with an integrated management approach that demonstrates our ability to effectively and efficiently manage and provide all of the services that DHS customers expect. The management practices we follow are designed to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance program effectiveness. ECS has a dedicated QC organization and our program is based on ECS’s ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system, with specific procedures and work instructions for all corporate processes.
