Broad Information Technology and Telecommunications Services (BITS II) is a Government-wide acquisition contract for Government agencies offered by the FAA to acquire technical support services in an expedited manner. BITS II is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), 8-year, multiple award contract with fixed labor rates. Support services are provided under the following functional areas:
